Each and every customer and their situation is unique. There is absolutely no commonality between the cases I have been working with. And diversity is a good sign. This means, markets and their evolution is in full force, and these forces will shake and shape, form new products and organisations.

What I have learned though, is that such organisations which have a WILL to WIN and express their RIGHT TO WIN - they tend to fare well and with success in their heels.

The deeper meaning of this is called COHERENCE PREMIUM , and is indeed an inviting and compelling way to define organisations, their processes and missions - and how these are put in use. It is really about creating capabilities and synchronizing EVERYTHING and EVERYONE around them. Not only grass root front-liners, but this really includes in equal terms every step in the ladder, its all-in with executives and pashas.

The other side of the coin is about being really cruel and discerning on creating a hard fit between markets and products and services. It is really about picking a segment where your teams can show spirit and passion - and industrialize this.

I have to admit, most of the organisations are not even close to the ideals of COHERENCE PREMIUM. Their businesses are sub-optimised, each unit organised to serve for their own winning the way they see best fit for their purposes. And sometimes even forgetting to actually win while doing so.
